Eudora Site-License

Eudora is site-licensed by Information Technology Services for use by Iowa State University departments, faculty, students and staff for connection to ISU's E-mail servers only. Off-campus faculty, students and staff may also use this software on their personal systems to connect to ISU's E-mail servers. Use of this software to access non-ISU E-mail service providers is prohibited. Individuals desiring unrestricted fully supported licenses should purchase private copies of Eudora directly from QUALCOMM, Inc.

Distribution of this software must not be made available on any server or system where the software could be copied to systems or used by indivduals outside the ISU community. Providing this software to systems or users not associated with ISU violates software licensing laws and could result in legal action.

Faculty, students and staff are licensed to use Eudora Pro for Macintosh only during the time they are associated with Iowa State University. Upon leaving the university, all copies of this software must be destroyed. Downloading and installing this software constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
